Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all recorded courses and digital products sold by Jiivaastro Academy, including the Diwali Remedies course.

1. Delivery of the course

All our courses are digital. Nothing is shipped physically. After successful payment, you are taken to a confirmation page with your course access, and the access details are also sent to the email address and/or WhatsApp number you gave at checkout, usually within a few minutes and at most within 24 hours. If you have not received access within 24 hours, please contact us at jiivaastroacademy@gmail.com or +91 96575 36862.

2. Refunds

Because this is a digital course with instant access to all videos and PDFs, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access has been given, except in the cases listed in section 3.

3. When we will always refund

• You were charged twice for the same course.
• Your payment was successful but we could not give you access to the course, and we could not fix the issue within 48 hours of you contacting us.

4. Cancellation

Since access is given immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. Refund requests are handled as described above.

5. Results

Our courses share traditional Vedic, Vastu and spiritual knowledge for educational purposes. Results depend on each person and are not guaranteed, so not getting a specific result is not by itself a reason for a refund.
